Is there always a good selection of cars available at Motor Range?

Can I test drive a car?
We offer test drives on all vehicles in stock. Simply ask one of our sales people to arrange it. Just remember to bring your driving licence along when you take the test drive.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Not always, although we generally require a deposit of £100 for any vehicle.

Do all cars come with a warranty?
Every vehicle we sell comes with peace of mind as standard with every vehicle undergoing a comprehensive pre-delivery inspection by our dedicated team of mechanics. All vehicles come with the balance of the manufacturer’s warranty where available. We also offer extended warranties and to help you budget you can spread the cost with one of our low monthly payment options.

Will you take my old car in Part-Exchange?
Yes we are happy to take any car as Part-Exchange. The only information you will need to provide is your registration number and current mileage. We can give you an up-to-the minute market valuation in seconds. Check out our ‘Value My Car’ page for more details.

What finance options are available?
Whilst our main finance products are hire purchase and personal loan, we also offer PCP and lease purchase. Our dedicated finance department is trained to give you the best advice. They can talk you through the various options available and demonstrate which ones offer you the best value.

What if I have no deposit, or owe more than my car is worth?
Because our cars offer excellent value we can, subject to status, accommodate customers who wish to pay no deposit, owe more than their car is worth, or require cash back to settle a personal loan on their vehicle. We can settle the outstanding finance on your current car as part of the overall package.

How long will it take to sort the finance paperwork out?
We have agreements in place with major national finance companies that make the process of funding your new car as hassle-free as possible. We require only limited information and, in most circumstances, one or two key proofs of identity. Your finance proposal can be processed, and accepted, the same day. Simply bring your proofs on the day of collection, check through and sign your finance document and you can drive your car away there and then.

What if I’m not sure about my credit history?
We have a service available where we can pre-approve your finance. However, because of the bank of lenders we have available, this process may take anything from a few hours to a couple of days, depending on your circumstances.
There may also be a requirement to pre-sign your documents prior to delivery. But don’t worry: if this is the case, our finance team will keep you informed throughout the process.
How soon can I collect my vehicle?
Providing all the relevant documentation is in place, you could drive away with your car the same day.
